Den här dagen började med att jag gick upp kl 10:00. Ganska skönt att ligga och dra sig på morgonen. Jag nu är det kanske inte precis morgon kl 10. Dom flesta människor som jobbar har varit vakna en stund när jag går upp. Torsdagar brukar jag gå till Erikshjälpen men jag tror faktiskt jag hoppar över det i dag. Jag får se vad som händer. Det verkar som om det kommer att bli riktigt fint väder i dag så jag tror att jag kommer att sätta mig i in park med en bok och sola och dricka kaffe.
Den senaste tiden har jag lagt upp musikvideos med musik som är lite ”tyngre”. Det är kanske inte all som gillar den typ av musik, men ibland är det ganska skönt att dra upp volymen på stereon och lyssna på all denna energi. Idag har jag valt att lägga upp en video med Inhale Exhale.

Bandet bildades 2005 av gitarristen John LaRussa (tidigare medlem i bandet Narcissus) och basisten Brian Pittman (tidigare medlem i bandet Relient K). 2006 kom sångaren Ryland Raus till bandet precis innan inspelningen och släppet av deras första album, The Lost, The Sick, The Sacred. De är signade på Solid State Records, ett dotterbolag till Tooth & Nail Records.
